FORMAT: 36 Hole Championship at Stroke Play. Cut to the low 70 scores and ties after Round 1. Final Round Pairings based on first round score. Playoff to determine Champion

ENTRY FEE/RAFFLE:
$150 - Tier One (No raffle tickets/player pays entry fee)
$300 - Tier Two
$450 - Tier Three

All entry fees must be paid and raffle tickets submitted before teeing off for Round 1. This may be done at check in area near 1st tee. PLEASE RETURN ALL UNUSED RAFFLE TICKETS.

Raffle prizes will be drawn during Round 1 - player should check at the scoring area and pick up prizes after Round 1.

Cart and Range Fee is included in the entry fee. See the range attendant to get your token.

Carts will be staged near the 1st Tee of the Red Course.

There is a maximum of 2 carts allowed per group.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE 1ST TEE AND 10TH TEE STARTING TIMES. IF YOU ARE A 10TH TEE STARTING TIME, MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE YOURSELF ENOUGH TIME TO GET OUT TO THE 10TH FOR YOUR TEE TIME. (THE 10TH TEE IS APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES AWAY)


NATIONAL ASSISTANT CHAMPIONSHIP QUALIFIER: () low scores will qualify for National Assistant Championship at PGA Golf Club's Wanamaker Course in November. Playoff to determine qualifying final spots/alternates will be sudden death and will begin as soon as possible after all scores have been returned.
